Credit Facilities for surgical packages available at iSIGHT

iSIGHT appreciate that the cost of quality eye surgery can be high. We can provide special finance packages for our patients with Hitachi Capital that hopefully will enable you to have your surgery at iSIGHT.

We recommend you have your consultation first after which you have an opportunity to apply for Credit Facilities with our Finance Manager providing you satisfy the pre-check criteria overleaf.

Pre Check Criteria

Customers must satisfy ALL of the following pre-check criteria before applying for Credit Facilities:

18 years of age or above
In permanent paid employment (over 16 hours per week), retired (receiving a pension) or self employed
Has been a resident in the UK for at least 12 months and will continue their residency in the UK
Has one of the acceptable proofs of signature below

a)         Bank credit/debit card or Cheque guarantee card
b)         Driving Licence
c)         Passport
d)         Police Warrant Card
e)         HM Forces Identity Card

Has one of the acceptable proofs of residence below:

a)         Driving Licence
b)         Bank Statement
c)         Public Utility Bill
d)         Official Document i.e.: Mortgage statement, Tenancy Agreement,
            Benefit book, HM Revenue & Customs Tax Notification

Has Bank or Building Society current account details available to complete the direct debit instruction

Applications will not normally be accepted in the following circumstances:

Unemployed and partner not working
Students
