Visit to Galloway's Society for the Blind

Claire, Senior Nurse Manager at iSIGHT and Marilyn, Business Manager at iSIGHT, visited Galloways today to do a recording for their talking newspaper Lancashire Eye.

We briefly talked about the services that iSIGHT provides and how as a comprehensive eye clinic we can help Galloway members.  In particular Claire talked about the IOL VIP system and how she screens patients for their suitability of treatment.

iSIGHT offers a free advice and screening service with the Nurse practitioner for patients with dry age related macular disease.  Claire will be happy to answer any questions patients may have about their particular condition be it wet or dry macular disease and if she cannot assist she will refer the patient onto the retinal specialists.
